Lucky and Nikolas pressed up against the door, thankful that it wasn’t soundproof. Helena and Faison were coming in loud and clear from the other side.

"Just think of all the chaos my plan will cause. Having Lucky blow up the hospital and then hunt down his family. Killing them one by one. Luke won’t even know it’s his own son until the very end."

"Perfect plan. But what about the other boy. What are you going to do with him?" Faison asked, knowing that there was a method to Helena’s madness. He wouldn’t have been in on the plan if there weren’t.

"He will sign all his assets over to me, making me head of the dynasty. Then I plan for his brother, Lucky of course, to slip him some poison that Stefan had used on me. Leaving the boy unable to care for himself."

"So you’re going to keep the Spencer kid alive?"
Helena nodded. "Of course. Why dispose of such a useful weapon? Luke Spencer’s son will be mine to control and command. Forever!"

Laughing, the two captors continued down the hall, oblivious that the boys had heard everything.

"What are we going to do?" Nikolas asked, for the first time since being kidnapped, fear gleamed in his eyes. His grandmother was truly evil and insane. There was not one ounce of good in her.

"We get out of here. That’s what," Lucky looked around the windowless room, looking for any signs of a secret passage way or anything else they could use as a means of escape.

"But how?" Nikolas asked.

"Hmmm…. Wait. You’re the prince. Right? For the time being, Helena has to treat you with respect. Right?"

"So?" Nikolas asked, not getting where Lucky was going with this line of thought. What did his being the prince have to do with getting out of the situation they were in now?

"Well, in extension, so do her men. If you should die in their care…"

"Helena would have their necks!"

"What we can do is pretend to be dying. When they come in to check on you, we’ll disarm the guards and make our escape," Lucky grinned, proud of his plan. At last, he was done being scared and thinking like a Spencer.

"It could work. When do we do this?"
"As soon as possible," Lucky grinned. "Tonight even."

"Sounds like a plan to me," Nikolas agreed, just as Helena and Faison entered, both armed.

"What do you want now?" Nikolas got to his feet, willing to defend his brother to the death.

"It’s time for the final wave of young Spencer’s programming," Faison’s voice was cold and menacing.

"No! I won’t let you take him," Nikolas got up and was about to push Faison away, but stopped when the henchman aimed the gun at Lucky’s head. Nikolas didn’t make another move.

"Don’t do it, your highness. If you do, your brother will receive his punishment," Faison smiled gleefully.

"Come along Lucky. I do not want any trouble out of you tonight. I need for everything to go smoothly," Helena beckoned.

Lucky took one last, hesitant look at his brother, hoping that he would go ahead with the plan. Nikolas was his only hope of getting away from Helena. Sighing in defeat, he followed Helena out of the room.

"Good day, your highness," Faison bowed, backing out of the room, a creul smile on his face.

Nikolas glared at the door, wanting to break it down and go recue his brother. But breaking down the door was near impossible. So instead, he went ahead and put the plan in motion. Bending over and gripping his head, Nikolas began to moan loudly, a story already taking form in his mind.

"Master Nikolas," Andreas entered, staring at the Cassadine prince in shock. If the young master were sick…Helena would punish him but good. "What is the matter?"

"My meds…I need my meds," Nikolas collapsed to the floor.

"Are you sick?" Andreas asked, taking cautious step closer.

That’s right dirtbag. Keep coming closer Nikolas thought to himself. "It’s this rare disease I have. If I don’t get my medicine, I’ll die," Nikolas groaned.

"I’ll go get Madam," Andreas turned to leave. Helena was going to want to know about this.

"No! There isn’t enough time! Just…stay with me. Please," Nikolas reached out, his eyes begging for Andreas to come to him. Be with him in his dying hour.

Reluctantly, knowing that this was against standard procedure, Andreas went to Nikolas, unaware of the boy’s true intentions. As soon as the boytoy was close enough, Nikolas used the martial arts he had learned from Stefan and knocked the gun from his hand. Another move, knocked Andreas completely unconscious.

"Sorry man, but I have to save my brother," Nikolas dragged Andreas back to his bed, taking the gun and the door remote control with him. Taking one last look at the room, Nikolas stepped out into the hallway and used the remote to lock Andreas inside.

"Don’t worry Lucky. I’m coming."
