"Bobbie!" Luke called, standing outside the brownstone. He knew his sister was home. She always had Friday’s off.

"Luke…do you think she’d know anything about this?" Elizabeth asked, wishing that she could turn time back to the day before. When both Lucky and Nikolas were safe and Helena was a distant threat.

"Luke, what is it?" Bobbie raced to the door and ushered Luke and Elizabeth inside. "Why are you outside yelling my name?" Bobbie placed her hands on her hip.

Luke pushed the receipt into Bobbie’s hand. "I want to know what that receipt is for and where in the hospital was it delivered."

Bobbie frowned as she examined the receipt. She shook her head and handed the receipt. She shook her head and handed the paper back to her brother. "It looks like some kind of mind control device, but it should have gone to the psychology wing. This isn’t the psychology wing…I don’t know where this is. The wing doesn’t exist."

"But that’s impossible," Elizabeth’s eyes widened. "How can it be addressed to a place that doesn’t exist?"

"Oh it exists alright," Luke paced the room. We find the wing and we find the boys."

"Luke?" Bobbie asked, clueless to what truly was going on. "What is this all about?"

"I’ll explain later," Luke hugged his sister. "Just do me a favor and keep an eye out for Helena."

"Helena?" Bobbie frowned, growing worried.

"Later," Luke took Elizabeth’s arm. "Come on Cowgirl. I’ll take you back to the penthouse," He walked her back to the penthouse, his mind going through possible locations of Helena’s lair.

"Luke…what if we can’t find them? What if Helena took them somewhere that we could never find them?" Tears fell from her eyes as the worries took her over.

Luke pulled the shivering girl into his arms, wishing that he could bring his son back to her right at that moment. But all he could do was comfort and reassure her. "Shhh Cowgirl. We’ll find him and bring him home. There is no place on earth that the hellcat can hide my son and I not find him."

Lucky and Nikolas set behind school desks, staring blankly at the chalkboard. Helena had a piece of chalk in her hand and began to write: THE SPENCERS ARE OUR ENEMIES AND THEY MUST DIE.

"Now repeat after me," Helena smiled, as Faison stepped into the room. "Luke Spencer must die."

"Luke Spencer must die," Both boys repeat, their expressions blank and voices flat.

"Perfect!" Helena clapped happily.

"I take it you are pleased," Faison smirked, taking in the scene with grim satisfaction.

"Yes I am. Everything is going as planned. Soon I will have the ultimate revenge against those meddlesome Spencers!"
