Luke sat at his desk, doing what he always did. Listening to the blues and drinking his vodka. Thinking of the ringer his life had been through in the past couple of years. Losing Lucky, then losing Laura, Lucky’s untimely "death", and now his son’s return. What a life it has been.

"Luke!" Elizabeth bursts through the office door, out of breath, her eyes shining with tears of desperation.

"Lizzie?" He got up and caught the girl as she bean to collapse from the exhaustion of running from the penthouse to Luke’s club. "What is it? What’s going on? Where’s Lucky?"

"L-Lucky…Nikolas…Helena…," she stammered, trying to catch her breath. She had to get it together. Nikolas and Lucky’s lives were depending on it. Gulping in one last breath of air, Elizabeth began to explain. "Nikolas had a plan to poison Helena. But he failed. Helena must have found out somehow, because she called Carly and told her to tell Lucky to come to her if he wanted Nikolas to live."

"So Cowboy went after him. Didn’t he?"

Elizabeth tearfully nodded, new tears erupting every time she thought of the danger Lucky was walking back into.

"Damn it!" Luke cursed angrily, wondering how he had let this happen. Maybe he was getting rusty after all. "Why didn’t Lucky come to me with this?"

Elizabeth looked at her hands, hoping that Luke didn’t take this the wrong way. "…He thought you wouldn’t help Nikolas, because you hated him so much."

Luke shook his head in guilt. He shouldn’t have gone off on the little prince like he had. He should have given the kid a break from the start. But he hadn’t and now Lucky was walking right back into Helena’s claws. "Double damn."

"Luke…what are we going to do?" Elizabeth asked, trying to keep hope in her voice.

"You are going back to Jason’s," Luke grabbed his gun he kept under his desk. "And I am going to confront Mama bat."

He stormed out of the office, unaware of Elizabeth accompanying him. Both of their motives were the same. There was no need for Elizabeth to go back.

Quietly, Lucky sneaked onto Helena’s yacht. Quickly he found the dining room and his brother, gagged and bruised from when Helena’s men roughed him up. Lucky immediately undid the gag and ropes. The boys greeted each other with a hug.

"You shouldn’t have come," Nikolas sniffed, knowing the sacrifice Lucky was making at the moment. This showed just how far they had come as brothers.

"I had to. I couldn’t just leave you in her hands," Lucky smiled sadly at his brother. Looking around, he saw that they were alone. No Helena in sight. "Let’s get off this beat before she comes."

"Not so fast Mr. Spencer," an all too familiar voice crooned as the cold barrel of a gun pressed against Lucky’s back. Lucky turned around to face both Faison and Helena.

"You shouldn’t have escaped Lucky," Helena ran her long fingers through Lucky’s glistening blond hair…finally clean after a year of not washing due to his captivity. "But it all worked out for the best. Because, not only do I have my enemy’s only son to bend to my will…but I also have the Cassadine heir as well."

"Helena listen. Nikolas has nothing to do with this. It’s me you want. Please, let him go," Lucky begged, not wanting to see Nikolas locked away too.

"No, let Lucky go. I’ll sign the whole fortune over to you. You’ll be The Cassadine, grandmother. All you have to do is let my brother go free."

"Andreas! Victor!" Helena snapped her fingers impatiently, all the wile ignoring the boys pleas. "Take my guests here to my lab. You know, the one I had just built under the hospital."

"Yes Madam," the menservants nod, both pointing guns at Lucky and Nikolas, who fell silent.

"No funny business you two," Helena warned her captives. "Andreas and Victor have orders to shoot to kill."

"Everything is back on schedule," Faison watched the boys being led out. "Now I can put the finishing touches on young Spencer’s programming."

"And my plans against the Spencer’s can be complete and as a bonus, the Cassadine fortune will be all mine," Helena smiled greedily, her dreams beginning to become a reality.
