Wisely, Helena had separated the women.  Gia and Elizabeth were in one room while Laura and Emily were locked in another.

The pregnant women were her main targets at the time, so she mostly left Laura and Emily alone.

Helena smiled gleefully when she entered the cell for Gia and Elizabeth.  Elizabeth was tied to a chair, her eyes shining with fright, while Gia laid strapped to a flat bed, her legs in stirrups.  Tears spilt from her eyes as she realized what was about to happen and how powerless  she was to stop it.

“Such tears,” Helena approached the bed.  She ran a finger down Gia’s cheek, wiping away a tear.  “Such show of emotion Ms. Campbell.”

“Get away from her,” Elizabeth growled, struggling against her own ropes.

“You two brought this on yourselves.  You should have listened when I first told you to stay away from Nikolas and Lucky.  But not only did you run away with them…you got yourselves pregnant.”

“I don’t know what you’re planning psycho granny but you won’t get away with this.  Nikolas and Lucky will come rescue us,” Gia tried to put on a brave front.  Helena fed on fear alone.  The best way to defeat her was to show just how unafraid she really was.

“Oh I know they’ll try.  In fact, I’m counting on it,” Helena stepped away from the table.  “It’s going to be a grand reunion.  But first, we have a procedure to perform.  Nikolas cannot have this child.  To do so would give him responsibility that he’s not ready for.  So it’s best to purge the child now and as for Ms. Webber…the less Spencers in the world, the better.  Your procedure will take place after Ms. Campbell’s.”

“You sick bitch,” Elizabeth glared at her captor.  “No doctor in his right mind would do this without our consent.”

Helena’s smile was cold and evil.  She opened the door to reveal a man in his late fifties.  He was medium height, thin and with gray hair and eyes with a hook nose.  “Meet Dr. Diator.  He will be performing the procedure.”

“I need to prepare myself,” the doctor turned to Helena.

“How can you live with yourself?” Elizabeth yelled at the doctor.  “You do know this is not our choice?  That she’s forcing this on us?”

“The doctor looked at Elizabeth and then at Helena.  At first he seemed unsure, but then his face turned into an emotionless mask.  “I have children in collage.”

“Well our children would like to live long enough to go to collage!” Gia glared at the doctor, who in her opinion wasn’t a doctor, but a murderer in the guise of a doctor.

“You may go prepare,” Helena dismissed the man who only nodded and disappeared into the door at the back of the room.  “I must be leaving you for a few minutes, but I will return so no funny business,” Helena wagged her finger before sauntering out of the room, leaving Liz and Gia alone.

“She’s  actually going to do it.  She’s going to kill our babies,” a tear slid from Gia’s eyes as fear began to take over.

“Don’t worry Gia.  Lucky and Nikolas will be here before that doctor can start the procedure,” Elizabeth pushed back her own fear, hoping that what she said was true.
