Roy Deluca was rubbing down the counter at Luke’s club while Robert and Luke poured over some kind of legal documents when Zander came bursting through the door, his dark eyes angry.

"Hey we’re closed," Luke glanced up and frowned when he saw how the young man looked at Roy.

"How could you?" Zander growled. "How could you just use her and leave her like you did?"

Roy frowned. "What are you talking about? Who are you talking about?"

Zander narrowed his eyes. "You don’t even remember do you? She was probably one in a million women to you. I’m talking about my mother!"

"Kid I don’t know your mother," Roy shook his head.

"Alexis! Alexis Davis! Power attorney for Sonny Corinthoes! Now do you remember?"

"Of course I know Alexis, but I never did anything to her."

"Roy what’s going on here?" Luke stood beside his friend, Robert stood at the far corner curiously watching the scene.

"Honestly I don’t know."

"It was a failed assignment. You bedded her thinking she had some kind of information on her boss at the time, but when it turned out she knew nothing you dumped her and disappeared, leaving her and us at Helena Cassadine’s mercy!"

"Whoa! Did you say Cassadine?" Luke’s interest was even more peaked.

"She was pregnant Roy! With twins! I’m one of them and Elizabeth Webber Spencer is my sister! You’re our father!"

"Wait a minute! That’s impossible! I left soon after that gig," Roy held up a hand.

Zander laughed. "Soon after you left she found out she was pregnant."

"Why didn’t she tell me this before?"

"She thought we were dead. Helena switched us with babies that died earlier and gave Elizabeth to the Webbers and me to the Smiths. We just found everything out today. Here’s the documents that were sent to us through the mail," Zander thrusted out the envelope.

Roy leafed through the documents and went pale. "My God. It’s true. I’m a father to twins…"

"How’s Elizabeth holding up?" Luke was concerned for his daughter-in-law’s well being. With all that was going on in her life at the moment, this must have sent her reeling.

"Not very well. The last time I saw them, Lucky was wanting to take her home to rest," Zander shrugged.

"I better get over there," Luke grabbed his jacket.

"Need me to go with you mate?" Robert offered.

"No. Stay and watch the club. Deluca…I’ll talk with you later," Luke disappeared through the door.

"Need a drink kid?" Robert asked, pouring himself a brandy.

"No thank you. I’m leaving. I just stopped by to give ‘dad’ the good news," Zander turned and left without another word.

"Twins," Roy sighed in shock. "How am I going to explain this to Bobbie?"

"Better do it soon before Luke sees her. He’s not too pleased with you right now."

"I bet. Later Robert. I’m going to break the news to Bobbie," Roy took off his apron and left Robert to his brandy.

Sarah looked up as Luke entered the house as if he owned it. She frowned. She vaguely remembered Luke Spencer and how it was his fault that she lost Nikolas. If Luke had just allowed Nikolas to wait inside…he wouldn’t have been shot and he wouldn’t have broken up with her.

"Lucky! Lucky you home!" Luke ignored Sarah’s presence and yelled for his son. "Lucky!"

"He’s with Lizzie right now. He should be down soon," Sarah cleared her throat.

Shocked that there was someone else in the room with him, he turned to stare into the cold blue eyes of Sarah Webber. "Hello there darlin’. Didn’t see you there," Luke looked the girl over. So this was the she-devil little Nikky was so worried about. Didn’t look like much to him, but then again the devil rarely did.

"What do you want with Lucky?" Sarah asked.

"I heard Elizabeth wasn’t feeling too good, so I came to check up on them. In fact, I'm surprised you’re not up there giving that sisterly support."

Sarah shrugged. "What Liz and Lucky do behind closed doors is none of my business."

"Dad?" Lucky appeared at the top of the stairs, his clothes wrinkled, the stain of tears seaping into the material.

"Cowboy! I heard…"

"Shhh," Lucky hushed and went to his father, all the while keeping his voice low. "I just got Elizabeth to go to sleep. I don’t want to wake her. What are you doing here?"

"I heard about Alexis being Liz’s mama. How’s cowgirl holding up?"
"How do you expect. She’s devastated. She just found out she’s been lied to all her life."

"Can hardly blame her myself. One minute you’re normal and the next you’re related to the Cassadines. Yikes! They’re family now!" Luke’s face lit up trying to lighten the atmosphere but failing.

"Not funny dad," Lucky shook his head.

"Mom and dad meant to tell Lizzie," Sarah suddenly spoke up. "…they really did but with her being so far away…"

"You knew?" Lucky looked at his sister in law. "You knew that Elizabeth was adopted and you never said anything?"

"Why should I? It didn’t matter to me."
"But it mattered to her," Lucky held back his temper. "you should have told her the truth."

"That’s right Sarah. You should have," Elizabeth appeared at top of the stairs.

"Elizabeth I thought you were sleeping," Lucky went up to his wife, who looked like she was going to explode with anger.

"I couldn’t sleep. Everytime I closed my eyes I saw Helena’s evil grin in my head. Sarah…why didn’t you tell me that I was adopted?"

"I didn’t want to make things worse for mom and dad. You were always a problem child, even though we tried to be a loving family towards you. Telling you that we weren’t really your family would have made it worse."

"That’s no excuse," Elizabeth glared at her sister.

"Listen, I don’t see what the big deal is. Mom and dad took care of you like you were one of their own…"

Sarah was cut off by Elizabeth’s sarcastic laugh. "That’s a joke! You know a lot of things make sense now, how you were always the perfect daughter that could do no wrong and I was always the bad seed. It makes perfect sense now! You were the favorite daughter because you were their only daughter!"

"Elizabeth calm down," Lucky tried to calm her, but she shook her head.

"Perfect Sarah! The perfect eyes and hair! The perfect grades! The perfect disposition! It all makes sense now!"

"Me perfect?! How about you Lizzie? Here in Port Charles living off of my Grams for the past four years! That bothered, mom and dad to no end that Grams rather have a non-Webber at the house than one of her own grandchildren!"

"Your Grams? You haven’t talked to Grams for five years," Elizabeth went down to stand toe to toe with Sarah. "You were always too busy with your studies and modeling!"

"And you were too busy with Lucky and Jason and god knows who else!"

Elizabeth laughed. "What a joke you are! You’re seething with jealousy!"

"And you’re a two bit whore that yelled rape when it wasn’t good enough for you!" Sarah shouted just to get a slap in the face from Elizabeth.

"You bitch!" Elizabeth glared at her, barely feeling Lucky’s supportive grip on her shoulders.

"You know Sarah, since you’re not really Elizabeth’s sister, nor my sister in law, I think it’s time you found somewhere else to stay. You’re not welcomed here anymore," Lucky glared at the girl he once cared about. He couldn’t believe how much Sarah had changed throughout the years. She was now a jealous bitter woman.

"Oh come on Lucky. Don’t throw me out," Sarah cooed. "I promise I’ll behave."

"Get out," Lucky pointed to the door. "Pack your things and leave."

Sarah sighed and shrugged. "Fine. Be that way. It was boring here anyway. Later Liz," Sarah ran up the stairs to pack.
"I can’t believe I ever had a crush on her," Lucky shook his head. "I guess that’s what comes from being a cocky teenager."

"Hey darlin’," Luke pulled Elizabeth into a hug. "how you holding up?"

Elizabeth shrugged. "As well as I can after finding out my whole life was nothing but a lie."

"Well we’re here for you. Just so you know that," Luke gently squeezed her shoulders. "You being Alexis’s daughter changes nothing."

"Thank you Luke," Elizabeth smiled, wiping away her tears.

"Anytime sweetie. Well, I should be getting back to the club, but I think I’ll stick around here until Miss. Webber is gone. I agree with Nikky when he told me something’s not right with that girl."

Lucky’s eyes widened. "Nikolas talked to you about Sarah?"
"He was worried about you and cowgirl there," Luke shrugged.

"I wish he’d stop going to you with every little thing when he gets worried," Lucky sighed.

Luke laughed. "Cowboy, with Helena skulking about, there are no little worries. The woman can have anything up her sleeve," Luke wagged a finger. "I for one am glad Nikolas came to me with his concerns."

"Sarah and Helena Cassadine? Come on dad! Sarah may be a lot of things, but Helena’s stool pigeon, I don’t think so."

"Just watch your back where Miss. Webber is concerned. Ok?"

Fifteen minutes later, Sarah came wobbling down the stairs, her bags fully packed.

"Come on darlin, I’ll drop you off at the PC hotel," Luke offered heading for the door.

"That will not be necessary," Sarah through a glare at him, then at Lucky and Elizabeth. "I would say good luck Lizzie, but I wouldn’t mean it."
"Get out Sarah," Lucky squeezed Elizabeth’s shoulder.

Without another word, Sarah stormed out, destination, Helena’s yacht.

"Good riddance to that one," Luke shook his head. "And one more word Liz, having Alexis as a mother isn’t that bad. If there were any good Cassadines, she’s the best there is."
Elizabeth forced a smile. "Thank you Luke."

Luke just smiled kindly before heading back to his car.

"At least we don’t have to deal with Sarah anymore," Elizabeth sighed taking a seat on the couch.

"I don’t know," Lucky suddenly felt uneasy. "Something tells me this isn’t the last we’ll hear from Sarah. The next time we see her, she won’t be so civil."

"As long as we stick together, we’ll be ok," Elizabeth got up and wrapped her arms around Lucky burying her head into his chest.

"That’s right sweetie. Together we can beat anything," Lucky held her tightly. Neither of them are aware of Helena Cassadine setting in her office on the yacht laughing evilly as she heard the last of their conversation.

Andreas had brought in a glass of wine and simply stared down at his mistress. "Madame?"

"They think that their love can keep them safe Andreas! If only they knew how wrong they were!" Helena again laughs, knowing that soon her plans will come to fruitation and there was nothing the Spencer’s could do to stop her.
